The Sites are operated by Try Again Parenting, LLC, DBA Paradigm Parenting ("Paradigm Parenting"). 4. Email Signup & Communications

Paradigm Parenting may add you to its mailing list and send you newsletters, educational resources, updates, and promotional offers. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in a marketing email or by contacting us directly.

Upon request, we will stop marketing communication and may delete stored personal data unless legally required for retention.

5. Intellectual Property

All text, branding, graphics, worksheets, assessments, methods, and trademarks (including Paradigm Parents® and Battle Filter) are owned by Paradigm Parenting and protected under U.S. intellectual property law. No rights or licenses are granted unless expressly stated.

We may provide links to external websites. We are not responsible for their content, actions, or privacy practices. You visit third-party links at your own risk.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
